I suffered a debilitating back injury while working on a construction type job. My brother (an attorney) recommended Tom Domer. I contacted Domer Law as soon as possible after my accident and met with Tom. I was so glad that I did so immediately. A back injury can be a long healing and legal process. I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to have someone to watch your back. My employers Insurance carrier scheduled a meeting to take and record a statement regarding the accident. The interrogator asked me two questions: 1) If I had an attorney and 2) who was my attorney. When I told them my attorney was Tom Domer, I was told they were terminating the interview at this time. They knew Tom. I chose my doctors and I had no issues with comp. payments and was never hassled by the insurance carrier or case nurse. During this ongoing process I had the opportunity to work with most of the staff.
